Quality eye care in the nursing home
Resident Eye Care Associates offers complete eye care services within the facility. Our examinations include special geriatric testing procedures, customized for the nursing home and assisted living facilities. This allows bed-ridden patients the same quality of care.
Care for the patient is coordinated with the resident's attending MD and all follow-up care is maintained by one of our highly qualified doctors on a computerized schedule. When a need for prescription glasses is indicated they are styled and fitted at the time of exam. The new glasses made with the resident's name engraved on the temple are delivered within 5-7 days. Frames are gauranteed for 1 year and repairs are made both at the facility and if necessary at the office.
Resident Eye Care Associates accepts assignment for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and most insurance plans.
